Our Returns Policy

All sales are final. Please make sure that the products you have chosen are compatible with any and all products that you intend to use them with. All products sold by CrystalClearComm.com are equipped with a limited manufacturer’s warranty. If any problems should arise with your newly purchased product, and an extended warranty was not purchased, please contact Customer Support at (800) 698-5478.

Shipping Policy

We ship via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders generally ship within 2 business days, provided the items are in stock at the time of purchase. Items that are not in stock are ordered directly from the manufacturer, and can take anywhere from 3 days to 12 weeks to arrive at our warehouse, depending on the manufacturer. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Burnt Hills, NY. To view the status of your delivery please refer to UPS with your Tracking number. By agreeing to these shipping terms, you are acknowledging that delivery might not always be immediate, and that no returns will be issued for items that are not shipped within 2 business days based on delays or backorders in the manufactures shipping process.

UPS Ground - 3 to 7 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air - guaranteed in 2 business days (from delivery date)
UPS Next Day Air - guaranteed next business day delivery (from delivery date)

No international orders (U.S. Only)
No PO Boxes or FPO/APO addresses
No UPS Ground to Alaska or Hawaii

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from CrystalClearComm.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Sales Tax

SALES TAX is only applied to New York Addresses. Customers purchasing from CrystalClearComm.com who reside outside of the state of New York will be exempt from paying sales tax at the time of order. Please check with your state tax authorities for proper reporting procedures asnd obligations.
